Ordering and Delivering

Procedure for ordering and delivering:

Customer order Femi-X capsules throw online order form.

Customer is obligated to correctly fill the online order form from Femi-X web site.

Customer is responsible for data integrity.

After fully and correctly filled online order form, customer will get a number in e-mail message which have to inscribe as reference number in pay order application form.

Customer is responsible for correct inscribing of reference number in pay order application form.

Customer is paying amount from order form in favour of deliverer.

Customer is responsible for all the data in payment order.

Deliverer, after received payment, first following working day, delivers order by Croatian post service, all according to data from order form and payment data. Customer does not have to go to post office to pick up a delivery, since it will be delivered to his delivery address.

Deliverer conforms to customer for order until moment of putting delivery in post office and getting confirmation.

Foreign customers are in respond for customs and other duties in customer country, and deliverer conforms until moment of putting delivery to Croatian post office.

Possible problems and their solutions:

In case of wrongly filling online order form, and customer’s payment is received, deliverer will contact the customer with e-mail and warn him to confirm some of wrong data from order application form. Same, if customer noticed it earlier, should be contacting deliverer with e-mail and informed him about problem.

In case of wrongly inscribed reference number, and received payment from a customer, deliverer will contact customer with e-mail and require evidence about payment with incorrect reference number, and after that deliver the consignment.

In case that customer didn’t received sent consignment, customer will contact deliverer with e-mail, and settled new try of deliverance. In case that same happened twice to same customer, deliverer will ask customer for the account for refund minus postal charges.

In case of damaged content of delivery, customer should refer to Croation post service, because deliverer responsibility stops from moment of putting delivery in post office and getting confirmation.
